On February 11, 2025, a meeting was held between METU-DISCORE and the Turkish Language Association (TDK) on the preparation of the Ulusal Türkiye Derlemi (Eng. National Turkish Corpus).

Research Group Leader Assoc. Prof. Hale IŞIK GÜLER, Dr. Esranur EFEOĞLU ÖZCAN, Dr. Hülya MISIR, Yasemin ERDOĞAN ÖZTÜRK and Pınar TURAN from the METU Discourse and Corpus Research Group (DISCORE) and the President of TDK Prof. Dr. Osman MERT, along with the Contemporary Turkish Dictionary and Spelling Guide Branch Members and Experts attended the meeting in TDK's new building.
